Drawing Lesson 14 - (The Return of) Spheres on a Grid!

Use the Circle Templates to create 3-4 circles on your paper.

Using a ruler, add a straight line up and down and a straight line across, meeting in the center of the circle.

Make two curved lines on either side evenly spaced.

Color the spaces on the grid in a checkerboard style.

Use Colored Pencils to fill them in.

Use an complementary (or opposite) color to fill in the other shapes.

Use a ruler and create a checkerboard grid behind the circles.

Color your checkerboard background using the same colors as in your circle.

Use a colored black pencil to add a drop shadow to the right side and below the circles.
